At Who’s In Charge, our commitment to quality is our main priority. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. Return anything purchased from us if you are not 100% satisfied.

I’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement. I ask that you please return the item the same way you received it, unwashed and unworn. Nobody likes a dirty shirt. Who’s In Charge is not responsible for the shipping costs of Returns/Exchanges.

Damaged/Defective Items
Who’s In Charge will gladly replace any damaged, defective or broken. If the item is damaged/defective or a shipping error occurred, Who’s In Charge will email a Prepaid Return Label to you. To begin this process please email us at customerservice@whosincharge.com.

Final Sale Merchandise
Items purchased at any of our RED PAW sales events are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Who’s In Charge does not guarantee product sales made though third parties and does not issue returns, refunds, or exchanges through these channels.
